You do not need to have a neurological condition to book our services at NeuroGym. Our services are available to all individuals seeking rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain management and overall health maintenance.

Please be advised that tipping is not required and should generally be discouraged for Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and other healthcare providers providing therapy. RMTs are regulated healthcare professionals delivering clinical care, alongisde other providers such as physiotherapists and physicians. These healthcare services reflect the cost of professional training, licensing, and clinical expertise, which is why additional gratuities are not expected.

All appointment durations may include assessment, reassessment, and prescribed exercises. Choosing a shorter appointment (e.g., 30 minutes) may reduce your hands-on treatment time. If your health history intake form is incomplete prior to your appointment time, completing it during your alotted session will also reduce the time available for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Valid credit card information will be required prior to booking appointments online.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us during operating business hours [613-523-9905] or email us at [OFFICE@NEUROGYMREHAB.COM] or [PTAN.THERAPY@GMAIL.COM] as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will otherwise be assessed on an individual basis and may result in a cancellation fee.

The rates for the cancellation fee may be as follows:

• First Appointment: Grace to $20 Charge
• Second Appointment: 50% to 100% Charge
• Third + Appointments: 100% Charge
