Please note, you do not need to have a neurological condition or a referral to book our services.

Registered Massage Therapy: For Pre-Natal/Pregnancy Massages please specify during booking to receive appropriate table/pillow accommodations.

Counselling and Psychotherapy: New clients are invited to book a free 30-minute consult with a Registered Social Worker. Sessions are offered both in-person (on Mondays) and virtually (Monday-Friday).

Speech Therapy: New clients are invited to book an assessment with a Speech and Language Pathologist. Sessions are offered both in-person (on Wednesdays) and virtually (Monday-Friday) in English and French.

Cancellation Policies

Valid credit card information will be required prior to booking appointments online.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us during operating business hours [613-523-9905] or email us at [OFFICE@NEUROGYMREHAB.COM] as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a cancellation fee at the therapist’s discretion. During NeuroGym closures (such as weekends or holidays), when independent services may still be provided, all Registered Massage Therapy cancellations should be sent directly to Peng at [PTAN.THERAPY@GMAIL.COM].

The rates for the cancellation fee may be as follows:

Registered Massage Therapy - 24 Hours Notice - 100% Charge

Counselling and Psychotherapy - 24 Hours Notice - 100% Charge

Speech Therapy - 48 Hours Notice:

  • First Appointment: No Charge

  • Second Appointment: 50% Charge

  • Third + Appointments: 100% Charge

Alexander Ellis, RMT, is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with over three years of hands-on experience in multidisciplinary settings, specializing in chronic pain management and rehabilitation. Lywei Huang RMT

Lywei Huang is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from Trios College. Lywei takes a clinical, evidence-informed approach to assessment and treatment, with an emphasis on identifying biomechanical, neuromuscular, and movement-based contributors to pain and dysfunction.

Lywei treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment plans are individualized and may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, corrective exercise, and contemporary acupuncture. Acupuncture is applied within a modern clinical framework to support pain and neuromuscular regulation, tissue recovery, and functional rehabilitation. With a strong interest in interdisciplinary care, Lywei works collaboratively with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure treatment aligns with each patient’s overall plan of care and functional goals.
