Counselling and Psychotherapy

New clients are invited to book a free 30-minute consult with a Registered Social Worker.

Sessions are offered both in-person (on Mondays) and virtually (Monday-Friday). Please select the appropriate option when booking.

Speech Therapy

New clients are invited to book an assessment with a Speech and Language Pathologist.

Sessions are offered both in-person (on Wednesdays) and virtually (Monday-Friday). Please select the appropriate option when booking.

Sessions are offered both in English and in French.

Cancellation Policies

Valid credit card information will be required prior to booking appointments online.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us during operating business hours [613-523-9905] or email us at [OFFICE@NEUROGYMREHAB.COM] as soon as possible. Cancellations made within the window specified below will be assessed on an individual basis and may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of the therapist.

The rates for the cancellation fee may be as follows:

Registered Massage Therapy - 12 Hours Notice - First Appointment: Grace to $20 Charge - Second Appointment: 50% to 100% Charge - Third + Appointments: 100% Charge

Counselling and Psychotherapy - 24 Hours Notice - 100% Charge

Speech Therapy - 48 Hours Notice - First Appointment: No Charge - Second Appointment: 50% Charge - Third + Appointments: 100% Charge

Hi, I am Peng. I apply my practices to tailor treatments just for you. If you are intrigued by approaches that likely works differently to what you are used to, but may work well, I would love to share my treatment style with you. I look forward to helping you grow your health and feel your best.

Peng dedicated his college and undergraduate university years to the study of manual therapy and physical fitness. He enjoys improving his skills and actively seeks out innovative approaches and techniques into his treatments.

Currently, Peng is completing his practicum for a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, while preparing for his Pan-Canadian exams to become a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac.). Alongside this, he continues to educate and inspire others in fitness, health, and well-being. His ongoing studies in mental and emotional health are further expanding his multi-disciplinary approach, enhancing his ability to provide comprehensive, holistic care.

All appointment durations may include an assessment, reassessment, and prescribed exercises. Shorter appointments (e.g., 30 minutes) may result in less hands-on treatment time. If your health history form is incomplete prior to the session, the time spent filling it out will also reduce treatment time.
