Lywei Huang is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Acupuncturist who graduated with honours from Trios College. Lywei takes a clinical, evidence-informed approach to assessment and treatment, with an emphasis on identifying biomechanical, neuromuscular, and movement-based contributors to pain and dysfunction.
Lywei treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment plans are individualized and may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, corrective exercise, and contemporary acupuncture. Acupuncture is applied within a modern clinical framework to support pain and neuromuscular regulation, tissue recovery, and functional rehabilitation.
With a strong interest in interdisciplinary care, Lywei works collaboratively with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure treatment aligns with each patient’s overall plan of care and functional goals. (IC)
